컨거 이사장은 텍사스 교육 시스템을 업그레이드하기 위해 교육 분야에서 광범위한 경험을 쌓았으며 텍사스 국제 리더십 스쿨을 설립했습니다. Mr. Conger’s experience as an educator and desire to further improve the Texas education system ultimately led him to establish ILTexas.

The success of ILTexas under Mr. Conger’s leadership has been recognized by many, including the Secretary of Education, Mrs. Betsy DeVos, during a nationwide briefing at the White House as well as the Texas Public Charter Schools Association, who named him the 2020 Leader of the Year.
